Today I continue making a lovely Christmas door wreath using wildflower /tea tree /leptospermum flowers with vintage metal leaves. If you are looking for something simple and understated to grace your front door this Christmas, the you might like this wreath!
Here in New Zealand we call wild flower or leptospermum, tea tree or Manuka or Kanuka. It’s a beautiful little wild flower that the bees LOVE and turn into the most delicious honey...
You will need:
a wreath – see previous video of how easy they are to make from either grapevine or cane: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CE4Og930JZA
8 branches of either fresh or artificial wildflower – I uses white String to bind and hold to face of wreath base
Several vintage metal leaves. Similar can be found on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2E5Hkv6
Roses and other flowers to suit.
