Casual yet elegant floral design using hot pink Peony, pink Stargazer lilies, white Hydrangea, Gum and Dusty miller. I have called this design Candy Floss because of the wonderful name of the Protea I’m incorporating. I love combining fresh with artificial and when my eyes fell upon the colour-ways of the Protea, I felt this would work beautifully with the hot pinks of the Peony, lilies, whites of the Hydrangea amongst dusty grey tones of the Dusty Miller and Gum.
Things to gather:
- I used a cut crystal vase, but any heavy based glass vase will work.

Design tip: to ensure that your design is actually and visually well balance when finished ensure that all stems are cut to 1 & ½ times the height of your vase.
