I’ve demonstrated several methods here at Astar's Place on how to make these wonderful balls, but seriously love this design – not mention as a hanger, but to rest on a table surface.

Method:
All I did was simply push orchid leaf down into centre of ball, then cut one orchid stem shorter than the other, then placed beside leaf.
