Floristry Tutorial: Designing with Interesting Textural Materials

Channels / Flowers & Floristry Tutorials

Floral tutorial designing with interesting textural materials like Brunia, Kale, Miniature pineapples, Protea, Callicarpea, Woody Septie, Polymen orchid. How interesting do all these forms sound?

I like to call this type of designing my 'specimen display'. Why? Well because by taking one of this, and one of that a beautiful picture of colour, form, texture and be achieved. It’s almost like creating a floral jigsaw... at the start it will look like nothing fits, but with a bit of playing eventually the picture all comes together.
